The day-to-day operations of foodservices at the Lakeview Lodge are under the direction of William Craig Bailey, who has been in the position of Executive Chef for 5 ½ years. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner to Lodge guests and to the public as demand dictates and availability allows. In addition to the restaurant, there is a banquet room available for multi-purpose functions such as wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal and baby showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, class reunions, annual event banquets, fund raisers, holiday parties, multi day retreats and training seminar and conferences.
